Grade-a-Ball is a pocket tool that allows you to:

  • Mark perfect lines on your golf ball for identification and to aid visual alignment.
  • Check how spherical your golf ball is, a round ball flies straighter and rolls true on the greens.
  • Sort your golf balls, according to how spherically round they are.

Why put lines on your ball?

Visual lines provide a legal aid to help alignment particularly when putting. Tour Pro’s like Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh and Brad Faxon mark their balls with these visual lines why?   BECAUSE IT WORKS

A line marking on your ball gives you immediate visual awareness on your putter alignment at address. Around 90% of missed putts are because the putter was not correctly aligned at this stage. With a  marking line on your ball you have more confidence that your ball will start to roll down the intended target line.

Checking your Ball

Checking that the ball you play is round, is not the first thing that most Golfers would think to do. Pro’s do, this is why they play with a new ball every few holes. They understand what effects an out of shape ball has on their score. With Grade-a-Ball you can now have the same confidence in your ball without the expense of a new ball every few holes.

1Ball checkingThe Green Ring determines if the ball is ‘competitive golf’ standard. If the ball passes through the Green Ring with a slight push it’s a round ball and good enough to play that important match with. If it does not pass through the Green Ring it is not round so do not play ‘competitive golf’ with the ball.

The Red Ring helps you sort and grade your used balls between social golf quality and practice bag or to be thrown away. If the ball passes through the Red Ring play ‘non-competitive golf only with the ball. If it does not go through the Red Ring use it in your practice bag or throw it away.
